What is the shipping and order handling time?

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately. Can I cancel my international order?
Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return your jewellery within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please send the product, packaging and invoice to the below address:
